I worked at Manchester Airports Group part-time for less than a year

    Pros

None unlesss you like working with judgemental and bullying colleagues.

    Cons

Unsustainable shifts with no life and managers who just do not care. However that was not the main problem. The main problem was that a bullying culture is rife throughout Manchester Airport. Bullying from Management and you own Colleagues. There is no respect at all and colleagues swear and use foul language as a norm in the break rooms. If you do not believe me go an work there, you have my sympathy. I personally hate bullying, MAG must know this is happening but turn a blind eye to it, hence a high turnover of staff. If you really are intent on working there keep your head down, you mouth firmly shut and do not trust anyone.

I worked at Manchester Airports Group part-time for less than a year

    Pros

People at the same level are all good people and get on well - real team atmosphere and support

    Cons

Left after 5 months - did not get paid correctly for my banked hours - only got my money after two months of complaints and an email to the chief executive. very unsociable hours and high rate of churn.
