I worked at Mancon for less than a year

    Pros

Paid holidays, free healthcare plan, annual Christmas party

    Cons

Contracted to worked at a subpar PSD, no chance for advancement, pay schedule is not ideal - if pay day falls on a weekend or holiday, pay is sent out days after; contractors not paid for circumstances on site that may cause non-operation, wait time for 10 days of leave is 1 year, rude/unprofessional staff members, including assistant regional manager.

    Advice to Management

Stop looking at your employees as just dollar signs and consider what matters in order to have the best work force possible. Treat them with dignity & respect...including remembering their names!
