    Pros

Nice people and co-workers. Very friendly.

    Cons

They are a bit stuck in their ways and operate like an older company. Limited promotion options. More emphasis on sports vs. entertainment and films.

Current Employee - Group Sales Coordinator in Scranton, PA

    Pros

Working within the sports industry; sales minded company; employer recognizes employees who are successful within the sales department; good vacation time requests and permissions

    Cons

the ability to grow within the company is not as great as mentioned during interview process; the hiring manager did not live up to expectations described and promised during hiring process; the failure of the company to understand the market with which they work in

    Advice to Management

While the process for how each baseball team is run is based upon a general marketing plan that is built across the board; while this is ideal for most businesses within the sports and entertainment industry each venue and market varies greatly from the next and being able to adapt to those challenges is something that will make a company successful.
