I worked at Mando America full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Size of the company and 401K. The company is still growing globally. Coworkers are great. Exceeds $1 bil sales per year.

    Cons

Language barrier and unrealistic expectations. Also, horrible job scope. There's no hope for growth since Koreans will eventually become the management.

    Advice to Management

If you want the company to succeed in the US, follow the rules here.

I have been working at Mando America full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Benefits, remote work, flexiablity, and some of the people

    Cons

Most Korean Managers have little to no respect for employees. espically the older generation ones. HR department is very slow to handle anything and will give you run of the mill answers just to stop talking to you. The pay is well below the industry standards. Some jobs require you to work while on vacation and be on call 24.7.365. Steer clear of anything that is Production Control or Material control related. These departments have horrible leadership and want you to work aorund the clock without any compensation.

    Advice to Management

Focus support and help on the material and production control department. This department needs help and more support not some FSE Korean indiviual who considers himself god and screams at employees. These departments are highly underpaid and overworked with no help insight.

I have been working at Mando America (More than a year)

    Pros

The people that are actually on the floor.

    Cons

Management leaves a lot to be desired in several areas. Micromanagement doesn't work for anyone. Trust the people that you have hired to do the job and then back off and let them do their job.
