I worked at Manifest (UK) full-time for more than a year

    Pros

They allow you to work autonomously

    Cons

Ludicrous that they haven’t got a database, staff all keep contacts to themselves and don’t share making Job much harder. One member of staff goes out his way to try and trip other staff Members up & get them in trouble,

    Advice to Management

CentraliZe everyone’s contacts into a database everyone can access

I worked at Manifest (UK) for more than a year

    Pros

Really good training and location isn't difficult to get to.

    Cons

Management is terrible, HR is terrible, communication is terrible. This is not being addressed.

    Advice to Management

The upstairs ivory tower really affects office cohesion and must be abridged.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Manifest (UK) full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

It looks good on the cv.

    Cons

The building is falling apart, tiles falling off the walls, pay is very low even if you get hired full time. Company frequently forgets to pay staff on time. Pc equipment is old and slow and second hand. Long hours. Office is quiet and management are incomptant.

    Advice to Management

Listen to staff, promote staff. Offer good wages. It took me 3 years here to get a promotion to team leader.

    I worked at Manifest (UK)

    Pros

Fun environment, interesting people, hands on experience (at times!) a real sense of community within the company.

    Cons

Often given work without being told the bigger picture, often given mindless 'interny' tasks like posting things and sourcing products. And, UNPAID.

    Advice to Management

Make more of an effort with interns and they'll give more back.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Manifest (UK) full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

great projects in a great environment. plenty of space to grow and search for new projects. feels like a family.

    Cons

sometimes you are stuck for quite a while in a boring project and there isnt much you do about it. salary wise could also be a bit better.

    Advice to Management

would be good to match salaries with market rates s. leaving some freedom to innovate a bit more to learn new skills would also be advised.

I worked at Manifest (UK) full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Very quiet out of the peak season Friendly staff Good atmosphere Easily accessible by bus or train if you don't have a car

    Cons

Not so good pay rate, compared to the tipe of work done, especially if you are a member of the seasonal staff. Gets very busy and pressurised from March until the mid June

    Advice to Management

More integration between the permanent and seasonal staff Better pay rates Better IT equipment
