Growth opportunity is there, good work culture, You grow with the company. Good Managers, teams having good exposure, well balanced.
A good place to work in overall.

    Cons

    No PF facilities, nothing else

    Advice to Management

Keep going the way you are. Its difficult to grow at the pace at which Manikaran Group is growing, and even more difficult to sustain the growth. All it takes is a series of "right things to do" to turn this into a well renowned organization.

    Pros

I consider myself an innovator and I would love to work here in Manikaran Power Limited. This organization that's leading in the future of the Electricity Trading both in Conventional & Non-Conventional Energy. Needless to hide yourself in the shadow of Brand Name but Work hard with your skills and company would place you where you deserve to be.

    Cons

Not find yet. I don't think its required.

    Advice to Management

Motivate & Encourage to Employees for future growth.

I worked at Manikaran Power full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

This company has limited pros and while writing this i have to think what actually its pros are ,when it comes to employee satisfaction no it is not there , employee credibility ? not actually ..
but yes 1 major pros is that you will find here very nice working people hardly any politics among employee ,all employee enjoy each others company and one is always there to support your steps ,
Kindly note this support is among employees only/-

    Cons

    . No employee credibility
    . No Entertainment
    .No motivation
    .No policies for employee growth.
    .Growth is Stagnant
. will give a example the tenure i have passed in this organisation none of the employee had financially grown ,hardly any employee is able to add any big Assets for himself.
    .No enticing Benefits
. No or very minimum incentives
    .No trustworthiness
    .No independibility
.only focus on reporting /Target, no guidance from management how to achieve those targets
    . No recognition
    many more ...

    Advice to Management

kindly maintain trustworthiness among employees, value your key employees don't make a preconception for a employee ,make HR policies so that employee could feel motivated , treating employee as an assets is far better than treating him as just a skilled labour . compensate him well and rather taking legal action against employee when they leave treat them better they wont leave the organisation, most probably more than 23(15%) employees left within 6 month in year 2016 ,i dont think there are less reason to justify my statement .
