    It all depends on how good your team is. Work culture is good and healthcare perks are good

    Cons

    Few support function processes are lacking. Finance/Purchase is really slow in processing PO/payments

    Pros

    Worked in reputed hospital nearly year good experience and learnt a lot from seniors and culture is very good.Exposure is the main thing you will get that easily once we enter the organization

    Cons

    It's the best place to work for a beginner. But the salary is very less. The management is not up to expectation they don't respect. HR peoples are the challenge in this hospital. That is the reason nobody stays for long here.

    Best for the patients with huge money.

    Cons

    Very hectic at times. ..and the number of duties is so much in relation to your salary.

    Exposure to a variety of cases, good scope for learning. Professional work environment.

    Cons

    Too many patients per doctor causing working hours to extend beyond the regular hours. Lot of paper work which is time consuming.

    Good exposure, good work life balance, job security

    Cons

    Envious work environment, autocratic work culture. Too much of approvals required for petty jobs, not a favorable organization to work for at start of career, kind of govt organization

    Understand the employee potential, and they will be a greater resource
