    Pros

Good salary Good benefits Best life-work balance One Monday off every two weeks

    Cons

Hard to get a permanent job, even you have a good education and lots of experience In my opinion, it is a slow pace work environment. I consider as a con because I'd rather work in a busier place

I worked at Manitoba Hydro-Electric full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Double rate salary and exposure to high-end technology

    Cons

Worst place I’ve ever worked in my career. Management is compromised and ready to do whatever is necessary to maintain their image while committing wrong-doings in the background. No respect for outsiders. If you’re an outsider you are not part of the club. They think they’re the best and they keep patting themselves on the back constantly.
