I worked at MannKind full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent pay, coworkers dedicated and hard working. OK benefits, decent paid time off policy. Sends employees home when it snows.

    Cons

    -Layoffs very often and unstable.
-Management very lackadaisical or so it would appear to employees because of the lack of communication.
-HR leaves a lot open to managers discretion, which is ok if you work for a professional manager who values your work, experience and knowledge.
-Overall I liked working there unfortunately I lost in the lottery with who I worked for, and that was pretty much known throughout the company as I was told by many employees and managers, a bad experience but not a reflection on the company overall.

    Advice to Management

Keep employees informed on company matters and communicate more often. Recognize the cancer you still have there taking advantage of the company on a daily basis.
