    Pros

It was easy to get hired by these guys.

    Cons

They promote favorites, and imply that working for them will get your foot in the door of the company using their services. Nightmare workplace. Better than starving, but that's about it.

    Advice to Management

Don't listen to your managers to find out about your employees. Listen to your employees to find out about your managers.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

They are staying true to providing qualified candidates for clients and recognize individual value and pay accordingly. They have the heart to move towards the future.

    Cons

They have people on the front lines who see the potential but the corporate side of the business is not trusting enough in the knowledge/experience to leap first into new opportunities. Leave the people who can take them to the next level high and dry when a contract ends.

    Advice to Management

Strategize - Have a vision, plan for the future and MAKE A PLAN! Don't wait till a contract is on it's way out before throwing a plan together you will committ to.
