    I have been working at Manpower full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    No Pros for this company, very little money for a lot of work. I'm contracted out to a big corporation, that treats me great. I cant say the name of the corporation, but they are great. i'm working for!!

    Cons

    NO PAID DAYS OFF!! NO HOLIDAY PAY!! OVERTIME IS ONLY AFTER 40 HRS WHEN SOME DAYS WHERE WORKING 20+ HOURS!! CALLED TO SEE IF AFTER 1 YEAR OF WORK I COULD GET A PAID DAY OFF THEY SAID NO!! THE OFFICE WORKERS ARE LIKE DEALING WITH A BUNCH OF CLOWNS WHO ARE NOT THERE TO HELP!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Advice to Management

    Give at least one paid week off after the first year or after a certain amount of hours. Don't be stingy with holiday pay! Manpower employees suffer around the holiday season!!! (I know I did). Office needs to help better when you call with questions. I would never recommend the company to my worst enemy!!

    Regular hours,m-f, don't work on major holidays

    Environment, pay for what expected , management

    Listen to employees, be honest with employees not tell employees what think want to hear, don't throw employee under bus

    Decent salaries and National branding

    Cons

    Technology is atrocious. Local branches are in competition with Manpower corporate over business. No training. Swim or sink approach. Not invested in their employees. There is no support from corporate. Company is extremely unprofessional and some offices are ok, while others have moldy filthy offices that cannot attract decent candidates. I quit due to unsanitary work conditions in the Manpower office. Got sick just going to work.

    Advice to Management

    Invest in your offices, people and technology. Your internal staff is getting sick due to unsanitary office environments. I am surprised there has not been lawsuits. Be more connected and appreciative of the employees who are on the ground doing the day to day operations. There is absolutely no respect or common courtesy. It is every man for themselves in the Manpower world. Manpower will continue to lose experienced personnel to the competition because they refuse to invest in their people and their offices. Poorest technology in the industry. Staffing Specialists work 80 hours a week to stay caught up with the administrative functions. Hire administrative personnel and let recruiters do their jobs.

    Terrible company. Does not contact employee. I was delayed pay twice for 2 weeks at a time because they wouldn't renew my contract through the company I was working for.

    fast hiring process and emmediate position

    Cons

    management does not know what their doing and treat their people like they in human. They act like one is a robot and cant get sick and take time off or they threaten to fire you

    Get real and start getting realistic with the rule. Everyone needs time off

    I worked at Manpower part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Good initial contact, but no follow-up! When in tried to call back for my scheduled phone appointment, I was told to call back tomorrow!

    Cons

    Bad Customer Service.
    Doesn't resolve issues.
    Doesn't offer to help Customer's when they call back for follow-up.
    Also, the company needs to improve overall customer service.

    Advice to Management

    Instruct your workers to make sure that they follow-up with clients!
