I worked at Manpower (Less than a year)

    Pros

Hard to think of any Pro's. Weekly pay.

    Cons

My overall experience with Manpower is unfavorable. Unpleasant interaction with front desk receptionist, in person and on phone. Rarely hear back from them.

    Advice to Management

Treat all temporary workers with some respect and dignity. Because of them you are in business. Do not take them for granted, and check up on them to see how their new jobs are going, don't turn a blind eye on the people you send out on jobs.

    Advice to Management

Communicate more professionally with employees. Coworkers were often treated like children when asking about opportunity.
