work load that grew with little to no pay increase for almost 4 years. Very little training yet expected your knowledge of all subject matters were quite high. No PTO, Vacation or decent benefits after 5 years of working for them.

Fair schedule and attendance policy, a year before I left I finally had a manager at my location and she was great. Very flexible and fair.

I have been working at Manpower as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Placement with good companies and flexible with time off. You meet great people and can learn a variety of new experiences.

    Cons

Low pay with almost no chance of a raise. I have worked at the same place to over two years and have had a .15 raise. I talked to another Manpower employee and they said they have had a 1% raise in 5 years. The company I am placed with piles on more work and responsibilities, but they won't approve raises.

    Advice to Management

Go back to being a temp service instead of permanent temp modern day
    slavery service.
