    Re-evaluate your staff. Equip them with the tools they need to be successful so that they can help the people that are looking to them for support.

    Flexible where I can work from (buildings, campuses, cafes); free food/mk access; free gym access; discounted commuter benefits; can take advantage of clubs/resources onsite whenever possible

    Cons

    Extremely low pay; inexperienced middle management; low pay; too much work; expectations>reality; no sense of team; lots of resentment among coordinators; no career growth; no development plan set, so everyone's looking to leave ASAP.

    Advice to Management

    Train your managers, give better bonus/incentive system, and raise pay.

    Great interaction with co workers as well as fellow FTE (Full Time Employee aka Googlers)
    Food (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) as well as the Snack Kitchens & Fully Stocked Refrigerators
    Amenities such as the access to the Gym, Car Washes, Oil Changes, and Haircuts
    Day 1 you start to accumulate sick time & Free Medical
    Flexibility

    Cons

    8-5 Schedule - these are the hours of Operation for Receptionist/Call Center
    Requesting time off can be pain but suggested to do so ASAP (Top 8 People are excused for RTO) anything after is considered unexcused.

    Fantastic benefits, opportunity to improve yourself both professionally and personally, great company reputation in the market place and a stable place to work and build a long lasting career in the staffing industry.

    Cons

    Compensation plans are significantly lower than industry average. Wide-spanning decisions are made at a corporate level that affect individual branches negatively.

    Create a compensation plan for individual recruiters to compensate top performers for their work better.
