    Pros

Excellent growth opportunities if you are a performer and freedom to experiment and test your logic related to trading(if you are a good performer).

    Cons

1). Starting package is low which however is compensated in future with excellent appraisals if you stand out and prove yourself by generating revenues for the firm.

    Advice to Management

    Increase starting CTC.
Focus more on learning and development of employees.

I have been working at Mansukh Securities & Finance full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You can learn a lot here.

    Cons

    Low salary.
They will offer you more but will deduct a big part of it for the bonus.
You have to earn the profit (your salary of 3 months X 3) every quarter. (Anyhow)
Salary deduction even if you are one second late.
No normal timings, you might have to sit till 12 midnight and come again at 6 in the morning.
    No shift allowance, No PF.
Weak HR policies, actually HR is too dumb for anything.
Every work is done in excel.
    Everything is manual here.
Computers are more than 10 years old
    They use windows XP
    No power backup.
Growth ? 15% every year. Remember you will be hired at 17,000 even if you have experience. Even if you are offered 3LPA.

    Advice to Management

    Please get an educated HR

I worked at Mansukh Securities & Finance full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

This is a good place only if you are in desperate need of a job

    Cons

-You are just a machine to be generating profits
-There are no scientific methods of trading done here
-All you understand is to keep entering the requisite parameters in their proprietary trading platform to be trading the stocks or options
-Attendance is a big issue there. Your salary gets deducted just because you get late by a few seconds (biometric attendance)
-No good computers. They are old (still uses windows xp).
-No technical analysis is done. (they still use only MS Excel for every kind of analysis)
-No basic facilities at the workplace. No clean bathrooms
-No proper HR policies (they have to consult the director for everything)
    -High attrition rates

    Advice to Management

-Change the environment of the work place, because that not only makes the first impression for an outsider but also improves the mindset of your employees.
-Your team leaders are responsible for the high attrition rates in your company
