Pros
free lunch and good benefits
Cons
Company culture statements are not practiced by C-level executives. I'm a big believer of walk the talk.

Pros
There are few good mentors and the technology space is very challenging so there is opportunity to learn no matter which department you enter.
Cons
Worst culture I've worked for. I recently learn that Matt Mills, former CEO, is leaving the company and I hope that starts fixing things. The opportunity for introspect is what lead me to share this opinion. - There is a toxic culture among executives saying whatever the superior wants to hear and poorly executing. The amount of talent that has left the company in the last years should give you a clue that there is something wrong. - There is no clear strategy from a business perspective, which translate for poor messaging, execution and confusing documentation. There is no integrated experience for customers. - No investment in scalability of processes. The financial growth was allegedly sustained by cutting back in expenses (human and technological resources). No way to measure results and replicate success. - No transparency. Town halls are frequent but never say the problems were are dealing and what we are doing to fix them. It's a rumor in the hallways culture to find out what is really happening. Extremely toxic that foster little collaboration and trust among colleagues.

Pros
Fast paced, collaborative, people who really care and go the extra mile to help each other. The technology is exciting, and the teams start to feel like family very quickly
Cons
company has become an absolute mess since Matt Mill's departure. Very engineering focused, sales is looked at as more of a nuisance and an expense than a value add. The fact that the entire sales force was let go is very indicative of the culture - as a sales rep you are expendable to executives and the CEO John Schroeder.

Pros
Met some amazing people during my 2.5 years there. Unfortunately those same amazing people all jumped ship before the latest sweeping layoff hit the rest of us.
Cons
Employee culture is non-existent. Messaging is inconsistent and changes monthly. Communication is cryptic. Harassment is present. Zero support for professional development. Employees are blindsided by organizational changes far too often, which has turned into the norm. The office environment mimics that of a graveyard.

Pros
good technology, friendly employees, some free food
Cons
-worst culture i've ever worked in -Sales team is made up of former oracle employees who have never worked for a startup. a very tiny fraction of the sales team attains quota. -MASSIVE turnover, especially on the sales side -the entire executive team was just let go (CEO, COO, CRO). the founder is now back in charge as CEO (this could be a Pro, I don't know...) -LAYOFFS - 2 weeks ago the company fired about 75% of the inside sales team and every recruiter except for 1 person. Attrition is at an all time high -Very political environment -The company still pitches that it is going public (it never will) and tries to sell candidates on worthless stock. My guess is the founder is selling the company (he's a smart guy who has sold 2 companies in the past) and is reducing company size to increase the bottom line -My advice - stay away
