    Pros

Work Life Balance is taken seriously, Good Benefits and Pension. Their company values are top notch when Management follows them.

    Cons

Market conditions, 2008 Listeria Outbreak and sale of Canada Bread has caused a radical shift in the Company, mostly in a negative way. Instead of promoting and training from within they simply hire what they need, when they need it.

    Advice to Management

Good Employees are hard to find, go back to the Mentality of the mid 2000's and start following your own Company Values.
