      I worked at Marbles full-time

      Pros

None, zero, zilch, nada, nothing of value.

      Cons

So many to name. I originally was coerced into giving a 5 star review while I was working there. I have removed that fake review. Truth is, it starts decent, but it devolves very quickly. You will probably have some great co-workers, but management is atrocious, inconsistent and inept. Do not work for any company that Will Scott manages, owns, runs or is affiliated with. He will lie, cheat and steal.

      Advice to Management

      Just give up.

I worked at Marbles full-time for more than 3 years

      Pros

You will learn something - even if it is how to spot a crook. At first glance, it seems like an energetic, dynamic start-up.

      Cons

I have to echo all the 1-stars. There is very little good about working for the man behind this company. At first you will be drawn in - he's very charismatic. You'll want to join this start up because of his positivity and enthusiasm. He'll shower you and your work with compliments immediately. (I obviously fell for it) Then, one day, something will seem fishy. If you're a contractor or freelancer - your check will...

I worked at Marbles full-time for less than a year

      Pros

      Flexible schedule. Nice river view.

      Cons

The Managing Partner, CEO is probably the most difficult person to work for out there. No one has lasted at that company. It is a small company with a HIGH turnover rate. The micromanagement and controlling personality of the CEO and his job threatening comments make the company a very hostile environment to work in. He will also try to get his way any chance he gets to not pay all that was agreed to contractors, employees,...

I have been working at Marbles full-time for less than a year

      Pros

Nice clean work place, and free coffee, other than this it is a miserable place to work.

      Cons

The principal owner is off the charts, he has no business sense! He gives direction one way and a hour later than he give you change for another request. Then becomes hostile when you have not completed the first task. He placed everyone on the defense, and attacks your work ethics, your dignity and your confidence. He is extremely critical of everyone, and hurtful in his actions and words. I have seen him act this...
