    Pros

    People at Marc Jacobs are very helpful and nice. Always try to help other people. My team was small and was very friendly. People and very talented! A lot of things to learn!

    Cons

    There is no special cons about working at Marc Jacobs. Learned a lot, was a good experience in general. Hope there are more full time opportunities tho!

    Great learning experience and can gain a lot of hands on experiences, with a lot of individual projects which makes it enjoyable.

    Cons

    Team is not necessarily "tight-knit" and friendly, doesn't even know my name

    Do not be so expectant on respect

    Pros

    I developed solid relationships and great skills and industry connections at Marc Jacobs. The company has a lot of global acknowledgement and respect which is beneficial for future career ventures.

    Cons

    The Marc Jacobs company and collections are very large. therefore the workload is very demanding and requires a lot of hours and commitment.

    Advice to Management

    The overall structure would benefit from greater transparency. Employees would benefit from understanding strategic plans on a department and company wide level as they would feel more aware and involved.

    The company can be unstructured at times, and business strategy isn't alway made clear. While big ideas are plentiful, the entry level / data admin support aren't always available to execute.

    Very creative, rarely bored, employees have young and fun personalities

    Cons

    Very long hours, no ability to plan because you never know if you're going to work the weekends. Sort of a glorified intern position.

    Advice to Management

    Organize schedule so you know when you need help. Then people can plan their lives accordingly and will be generally more happy at work
