    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Marcellus Central School District full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

The teaching and support staff are wonderful people. I had never worked with employees who got along and supported each other so much along with very supportive of the community. Overall Health, Dental and Life benefits are good, along with great union support.

    Cons

No promotion opportunity, support staff under paid and are not supported by district administrators in any department. The district was once very family oriented and had a wonderful work-life balance but over the past 7 years the tide has changed into a less work-life balance place to work.

    Cons

Board members with personal agendas. Shouldn't there be separation between church and state? Not here! Staus quo
