    Pros

    Great environment, people are awesome. Lots of employee events and raffles. An all around decent stepping stone job.

    Disapproves of CEO

    I worked at March Networks full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Good work environment. People were friendly. Great benefits and social events. Many opportunities were offered to perform work outside of the day to day tasks. Compensation was adjusted to decent levels during my time there.

    Cons

    Management failed to adapt to market. Bad decisions were made that cost time and money but these same managers stayed and continued to make mistakes. No plan was ever offered for future career growth. Hiring was often done from the outside vs inside promotions.

    Advice to Management

    Don't let good employees leave due to lack of career prospects. Hire from the inside so product knowledge does not leave the company.

    I have been working at March Networks full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    People is friendly. Benefits are Ok. Some products are quite interesting to work on.
    Overall good work/life balance .

    Cons

    Still a hardware oriented company;

    Pay is under average. Don't expect bonuses either.

    Performance reviews are non-existent and personal or team efforts are not recognized/valued. Also, there's no room for growth in the company.

    Advice to Management

    There's a lack of focus on the software end of things. Some managers work from other countries (non-US countries) which makes team interaction complicated.
