    Pros

    Everyone is great and friendly. Work hard and everything else will follow. Positive outlook for the company. I made the right choice.

    Cons

    Kitchen prices can be cheaper.. but food is delish. Recognition of good employees should be top priority and I see a lot of good changes.

    More employee perks!

    Many changes after Viva acquisition, some good decisions, some not.

    Pros

    High energy, changing organization. Employees worked together as a community to successfully meet the goals that were established. Acquisition and management change resulted in the closure of the Scottsdale location in March 2015. Employees were fairly treated and compensated when the facility was closed.

    Cons

    The acquisition and management change resulted in the closure of a successful and profitable facility in Scottsdale, AZ. All employees gave their best to the organization, and it is unfortunate that we are no longer working together.

    Pros

    None. Dead-end job with no compensation plan

    Cons

    Cut pay, demanding, unrealistic goals, large sample bags, tough industry, compete with co-workers, unkind heartless management. Fires employees constantly including management. No security, low pay, no future. They create unhealthy competition between employees that share a territory with 3 people. Customer base is decreasing daily. High competition. Too many reps.

    Advice to Management

    The demand "yes" people and take no advice. Immature unskilled management. No leadership.

    Great products and beautiful eyewear.

    Cons

    US needs a leader. The CEO has left the company and there is nobody to provide unity and direction

    Stop changing out people! How do you expect to be successful if your people keep leaving>

    No pros at all with this company

    Cons

    The company does not care about their employees at all. Constantly firing people at the drop of a hat, most disorganized environment ever experienced. Employees don't answer emails, phone calls. No customer service for accounts which makes them hate to do business with you. Many out of pocket costs for reps- they dont properly cover travel expenses- awful company in every aspect. Stay away from this company!

    Advice to Management

    Hire some real talented leadership, gain knowlege in how to properly treat customers and value them and train, properly onboard and grow your employees. Top management should not be the only "important" people in the company and you shouldn't run it like a dictatorship. I would give negative stars if possible.
