Pros
The amazing thing at Marfeel are the growth opportunity, in here nobody care who you are, how do you wear, which language do you speek, in here only 2 things really matters, your team player skills and your coding skills. If you think you value, jump here show me the code, proof me what you have in mind and nothing more.
Cons
This can be a cons for some people and a pros for somebody else, and can be summarized just in one world: Challenge. The environment in Marfeel is challening, and make you very committed in a short amount of time.

Pros
Great way to quickly gain skills since you will have different tasks and will need to learn things on the go. You get the chance to be part of projects you might not get to touch in another company. Marfeel offers you an invaluable amount of training about the industry and about improving within your role, during those trainings you can see that you are surrounded by a great team and helpful colleagues. The atmosphere is challenging and great. Managers are willing to listen although taking action on some specific issues might take some time due to startup processes. The offices are an amazing open space where you can feel like home, green areas, silent zones, a great rooftop…
Cons
The reality of startup companies is that they aren’t for everyone, so if working under pressure and doing something that needs to be done, no matter if it’s on your role description or not, is not for you, then you’d find this a con. For me, and I believe for most of the people here at Marfeel, this gives us a chance to trust each other, improve in our communication skills and learn from every situation. This means that there will be times where you’ll feel frustrated and stressed, but like in every company, not everything is about the fun. Getting out of your comfort zone means that you will be helping somebody on other teams, and sometimes this is hard to see when you are under pressure, but that’s why you need to keep an open mind and see the big picture. Also don’t be afraid to voice your opinion at every moment, Marfeel appreciates people that are transparent and that are able to give honest feedback.
Advice to Management
Keep on hiring great people and keep the communication open within the company

I worked at Marfeel full-time (More than a year)
Pros
As a startup that is rapidly growing, there's a lot that's attractive about Marfeel. They embrace transparency, being as open as they can regarding business goals and operational decisions/strategy.
While expectations and day-to-day responsibilties can be intense and fast-paced, Marfeel is at a point in its lifecycle where all team members are exposed to all areas of the business, and the benefits of that type of visibility coupled with its commitment to transparency is invaluable.
Again, if coming from a multinational environment, the pace and autonomy can take some time to get used to, but as I grew with the company, I always felt valued and empowered not only in my day-to-day, but also with aligning my professional and personal ambitions with the company – having the ability to discuss my goals with management and bi-laterally find ways to set me on that path.
For those looking for professional challenges, Marfeel provides that in abundance, in addition to the rewards, gratification, and professional growth that comes with it.
Lastly, the biggest and most significant advantage of Marfeel are the people. Everyone from the CEO to entry-level engineers are some of the most talented, driven, and genuine individuals I have had the pleasure of working with. When I took the job I wanted to surround myself with talent and intelligence and use that to develop and grow; I definitely found it here. The sheer quality of the individuals at Marfeel and their authentic good-nature was just a bonus and one that really left its mark on me.
Cons
All startups that are growing at Marfeel's velocity are subject to growing pains. For example, communication across all teams is something that requires improvement, yet even with that being said, management is always identifying its shortcomings and attempts to address and rectify any deficiencies.
If coming from a corporate environment, while this may also cause friction, it's also a valuable learning moment to observe how companies react to weaknesses and try to turn them into strengths.
Expectations and pace are also demanding. For those looking for a challenge and the growth it provides this isn't necessarily a con, but for some it might be.
Advice to Management
Continuous improvement is something I admired and valued at the company, but this can cause friction at times. I think an approach where people are challenged and expectations are set higher, but where their contributions are acknowledged and celebrated would avoid this friction and better serve the culture of continuous improvement. This isn't something that I felt, only something I observed in my role.
