    Pros

    Cons

Upper Management. Management.. They are cliquish. Rules do not apply to them. Beyond the minor error in judgement of parking in the customer parking and then espousing need for improved customer service, they would give their friends and acquaintances special treatment for reviews by letting them cut in line to submit and have their plans reviewed ahead of others. They frowned on written communication. Administration would not regularly meet with or interact with general staff, just their friends in one department. She even admitted to having a bias in favor of that one department. Late in, early out, but too ‘busy’ to support their managers. Decisions made in haste without contemplation or debate and would routinely have to be corrected. Transparency was frowned upon. Most of the managers, supervisors, and those directly reporting to the administration have fled. The last manager lasted 6 months. With the cost to replace personnel, you might think they would try to address this, but more people are fleeing. A former coworker has said, “I would never work for that ‘person’ again. .. the staff turnover in the last 3 years has been insane. “
