Thank you for your kind words! Every day we work to create an environment that people would want to work in and on a super cool product. If we continue to do this or stock price will grow for sure!

Great company and great people, good balance of leaders, experienced and younger employees, good work life balance, no drama no ego, awesome team play.
Cutting edge technologies with many opportunities to innovate and learn. Room for personal growth.
Many clients, lots of revenues, huge amounts of data.
Awesome location, best view of the bay (in SF).

    Cons

I have been working at Marin Software full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Colleagues are smart. Flexibility to learn new skills. Great technology. Opportunity to dominate our space. Love working with some of the best brands in the Fortune 500 and many in the Fortune 50.

    Cons

After going public, we've had to cut corners, streamline, become more efficient, which has had some negative drawbacks and outcomes. Lots of change in leadership and still need to find the right strategy, but I believe we'll get there, just need to focus.

    Advice to Management

Take care of our employees and we will retain and grow our client base. Happy employees trickle down to happy customers.

I have been working at Marin Software full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

good peoples, mature company. working to solve some interesting problems around building a cross-channel marketing suite.

    Cons

macro-economic factors like shrinking margins for search platforms and wall street being down on ad tech in general, means the stock has been getting beat up. transition to omni-channel is taking some time.
