    Pros

Supportive management and great reputation inside the companies they service. Pay is optimized for the employee and depends on your skill level, the project assignment and client budget. Employees are empowered to manage their projects, and expected to proactively ask for support, if needed. Management excels at providing it, when needed. Also, lots of subject matter experts and highly competent tactical resources in the ranks to assist if needed.

    Cons

Doing contract project work does not provide an obvious or traditional career path. It may not be for some people who want or need the grooming, regular management interaction or traditional career path opportunities.

    Advice to Management

You guys are great! Thanks for the opportunity to work for such a great firm!

    Pros

Responsive and supportive management that sincerely cares about their employees. Excellent company culture and reputation for high quality services and experienced/knowledgeable consultants. Ethical and fair business practices, open and honest management. Sound and reasonable compensation practices.

    Cons

Limited opportunities to meet and get to know other employees due to the geographic constraints of project work

    Advice to Management

Keep up the current face-to-face networking opportunities and provide more online/electronic methods such as webcasts, social networking technologies, etc.

    Pros

Their checks don't bounce. They are a supplier of contract help for marketing and marketing communications jobs. I believe they are an approved vendor for HP, Cisco, and Microsoft.

    Cons

I rarely hear from them. All "management" is done by the client company. I think they take a lot of money for what they do. They ALWAYS side with the client company and not with the consultant.

    Advice to Management

Beef up the benefits package. Provide long term disability insurance. A few paid holidays or some paid vacation would be nice as well. For long term contracts you should also negotiate a pay escalator clause so that the consultant could have an annual raise.

    Positive Outlook

    Pros

So far this has been one of my more positive employment experience. Very professional and supportive management team. Excellent on-boarding process - so easy and helpful along the way. They are not micro-managers - they actually trust their employees!

    Cons

There is really nothing to add to cons.

    Advice to Management

    Nothing comes to mind.
