    More Hours per day and day shift also.

    When I finally reach the scheduler, he/she is nice and professional

    Cons

    When I have to call the company, it requests my team. I do not know the team and it is listed nowhere on my shop. I get passed around and it is very frustrating.

    Include team name on shop

    Pros

    Ability to work from home, ability to create schedule

    Cons

    Very low pay
    Unrealistic expectations
    management does not listen to employees
    no possibility for advancement
    constant conflicting feedback
    never any positive feedback and when accomplishing what they ask of you, you are told that it does not matter and told to accomplish something else
    Systems do not work as expected and the interviewer is blamed

    Actually care for your employees instead of just claiming to throughout your training materials,
