The company is growing fast and with that comes growing pains, however all have been temporary

I love working with such a driven, creative group of people. It's truly a joy to come to work each day. I enjoy that we have a diverse range of clients, so there is always something new to learn and no two days are exactly the same. Our workspace is also wonderful with lots of amenities, and we are given the tools and training we need to continue to grow.

Cons

There isn't a lot of flexibility with working remotely, but that is starting to change. I prefer to work on-site, so it's not an issue for me.

Pros

Market Mentors provides a collaborative work environment that is great for learning whether you're a seasoned marketing pro or if you're just starting out. The synergy is real here and definitely helps to give you a boost during the busy season. The employees are outgoing, friendly and helpful; and the leadership team is approachable and open-minded. I live in Northern CT and the commute is easier than I thought it would be, plus the comradery I feel here (vs. at past employers) makes it worth it.

Cons

If you're not used to working in an agency-setting, the fast-paced environment can be overwhelming at first. But as long as you have a strong work ethic and are dedicated to your success (and your clients' success), you will succeed.

Pros

I wish I could say that there were any.

Cons

The owner throws fits, swears, throws things, and overreacts to literally everything. Don't even think about making a mistake or being one minute late you will be spoken to and written up. Pay is minimal at best and there are little to no benefits. They had a D&I hire only to check the box

Everyone's achievements are acknowledged; everyone helps one another.

Nothing notable to really share. No matter where you work things are not always perfect.
