    Pros

It's a good place to grow your career IF you have a lot of initiative to get past the rote work

    Cons

Management is very uninterested in growing from within. They buy 'talent' but the new hires at the top level are often not very good and get forced out. There's a lot of revolving players. There is so much cynicism because the good people with talent don't get promoted.

    Advice to Management

Please, please get a change agent in your organization who can help you fix your culture.

I worked at Market Strategies International full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Flexible, good people, work from home options and really understanding with schedule. Not a bad place to start.

    Cons

Horrible executive managment, they lie, they steal, they cheat their employees - but with a smile. At least they are nice to your face, right.....right?

    Advice to Management

Don't promise things you can't do. Send at least a Christmas card or some sign of appreciation to your employees. This work can get boring and demanding add some type of incentive / bonus program - OTS awards are bull. And you need to work on the culture. Even if you work hard it's unlikely you'll get promoted it they would rather hire in new talent to take higher positions. Hence high turnover rates.
