    Learned a lot, great building, beautiful office

    Cons

    Too much gossip, was told I was talked about negatively, impatient, unorganized team, negative energy, too big of an office for the company

    I have been working at Marketing Werks part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    The people I work with are fairly laid back and friendly.
    Never had a pay issue or any issues taking days off I needed.
    Enjoy the work I do

    Cons

    A little mismanaged at times or a little confusing who I am to deal with

    Nothing, I think things are just getting worked out per usual

    I worked at Marketing Werks (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    (Pre Acquisition-2014) The people! From interns to senior management it was the people that made MW special.

    Cons

    Everything was great until the acquisition. After that, clients were lost, great people were lost, and all the pieces that made MW great started to fall. What remained were low salaries, no upward mobility, and lack of new business opportunities.

    Pros

    Great learning experience. Position involved lots of travel, which brought great opportunities to visit different markets.

    Cons

    Extensive travel after a few years can be tiring, but overall gives great field experience.

    Advice to Management

    Teamwork is incredibly important for tours that require travel.

    Not to many i cant think of a pro at all . they were nice at first then became fake . i dont have a pro for them.

    Cons

    Not good enough pay for working on the road . company breaks laws requiring you to drive and work while exhausted from working .

    Advice to Management

    Please dont have people work long hours and then drive or do recaps after working 12 hour day .

    Cons

    Since the recent acquisition, Marketing Werks has had some struggles with long term vision and leadership which lead to a period of high turnover. But the current leadership in place has made vast improvements in process, pitching and planning.

    Advice to Management

    Improve the HR department's involvement with employee feedback; implement employee feedback on an ongoing basis
