    Positive Outlook

I worked at Marlabs full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Very good with client base and recruiting team.

    Cons

    Less clients in Bay Area

    Advice to Management

California Bay Area should be your near future one of office base.

  2. "Worst if you break the contract"

I worked at Marlabs full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    1) Good placement rates
    2) Okish accommodation
    3) Shuttle service for drop and pick-up
    4) They file H1-B for you (is what I have heard)

    Cons

    1) Create your own fake resume
    2) They say training will be in-class but there are two professors for JAVA batch. One teaches from India using webinars. The second professor teaches in-class.
    3) Training videos are extremely long and tiring. The professor's accent is a huge issue. They go over the syllabus for training really fast. You barely get time to catch up.
    4) And WORST OF ALL, they make you pay $9000 if you break the contract, no matter how many days you were with them. It's extremely unfair to ask a student for $9000 if he/she has only stayed for couple of weeks.

    Advice to Management

The contract breaking penalty should be reduced and should be made fair for students.

I worked at Marlabs full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good training, no payment issue, got timely raise

    Cons

Worst HR person, very manipulative, never gave their own company project or direct client project (as promised), not fulfilling every promise they make.

    Advice to Management

Do not over promise to attract recent graduated students.
