I have been working at Marlow's Tavern full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great work environment and helpful managers

    Cons

Inconsistencies in training, and unprofessional coworkers

    Advice to Management

Stick to one way of training people so that there are no setbacks in the training process, as a new employee hearing "oh don't do it like that, let me show you how I do it" all while you are doing it exactly how you were trained is frustrating

I worked at Marlow's Tavern full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Marlow's training program is easily one of the best in the industry. They make you feel as a part of the culture as those who created it. You'll crave the food, you'll crave the drinks, it's all great stuff here.

    Cons

With growth comes structure, naturally. It just started to give off a corporate-like vibe, in regards to company standards, etc.

I have been working at Marlow's Tavern full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great food, Decent pay, Fun company to work for when management is on point

    Cons

Chef can be rude and unprofessional when agitated or in a bad mood, which brings the energy in the restaurant down. Lack of teamwork unless you are good friends with whomever worked you station before you.

    Advice to Management

Screen who you hire as "chef" for your restaurants better. They may look good on paper, but are crap in reality.

Hire 4 plus years experience only, or be fed to the wolves.

I have been working at Marlow's Tavern full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Marlow's is very flexible when it comes to your schedule, the managers are pretty chill for the most part and you can make pretty good money.

    Cons

During convention season it is extremely busy and sometimes the restaurant is unprepared but we catch up for the most part and because it is located on Idrive, you get alot of tourists who don't always tip like they should
