    Good Pay for security work.
Nice environment 90% of post are inside.
Decent overtime if you want it.

    Cons

A little thing called mandation. which means if your co worker on the next shift decides to call off and your the low man of the shift you will be there for an extra for hours unless someone decides to take the OT for you.

    Advice to Management

Get the job done today and don't worry about your retirement in a couple of years.

    Pros

-The hotel discount is the best benefit. Although as of late, discounts aren't available in the cities that you actually want to stay in during the dates that you actually want to be there.
-Health, 401k, profit sharing are all good benefits offered.

    Cons

-You will not receive the proper training needed to perform as a manager, but will be expected to perform at the level of a fully functional manager who has been doing this for years and years.
-People at the property will have no idea what a voyager is or what to do with you. Good Luck trying to get through your voyager course work. It is nearly impossible to d when you are thrown to the wolves and expected to run shifts as a voyager before you get all of the training.
-Not paid enough for the number of hours you work.
-management required to word 10 hours a day. Average work week is more like 60-65 hours a week.
-upper management is far too disconnected with the day to day BS that you deal with.

    Advice to Management

Spend more time trying to understand what really goes on daily.
