    works with school schedule, great benefits, many positions to move up in the company

    Cons

    Brand is very strict and roboti. The image of Marriott creates scripted experiences with guests.

    Become familiar and aware of the positions underneath your own to understand what we do and how things operate.

    Little experience necessary needed to get an entry-level position and good opportunity to grown within the company.

    Schedule may not be stable depending if the hotel is private or corporate.

    Great way to meet new people. Fast paced work environment. Good wages and great company benefits including travel discounts.

    Cons

    Have to deal with cranky guests who think they are entitled. Sometimes have to work late hours depending on whos shift you are covering. Very corporate with rules and training.

    Pros

    It's a great place to work and benefits are great. Your coworkers are always great. Marriott is a great company to work for.

    Cons

    In Miami the guest can be bad but it's what you signed up for. You have to treat the guests to what they want.
