    Pros

It is a large company, so there are opportunities for advancement. A lot of hiring is done from within. Very good benefits and employee discount.

    Cons

Since a lot of hiring is done from within, you will most likely have to start from the bottom to advance unless you know someone. Work/life balance will suffer based on what position you are in.
