    Enjoyed meeting people from all over the world. Liked working with others.

    Cons

    Low pay
    Employee Discounts were great for friends and family, but if you work in a hotel you won't have much money or vacation time to use your discount.
    Diva Rewards Members
    Dealing with angry guests when their reserved rooms would be bumped by a Platinum Marriott Rewards Member.

    Advice to Management

    Respect your employee's time.
    Pay and train your housekeepers so there is less turn over and you can provide the quality service you claim to provide.

    Treat employees better. Instead of constantly thinking of ways to better the experiences of customers maybe spend sometime showing that same attitude to those that help you pull off a good experience.
