    You learn a lot in a few months. Just started working here and already learned a few things I didn’t get to at my last job.

    Cons

    The people mostly speak Spanish and they will ignore you or ask someone else that speaks Spanish when you’re doing the job. And you know they speak English.

    It is hard to move up to a leadership role from this position if you don't have full-time availability
