I have been working at Marriott International full-time

    Pros

Getting cash tips plus getting paid 10 an hour

    Cons

Don't know how to popularly train.
You serve people that believe they are in titled & are better than you in a way. So if you do even one little thing wrong (not being fast enough, don't know something about wine and beer), they will complain until they get showered with discounts.

    Advice to Management

Take time to train your employees.
    Be more orderly
