I have been working at Marriott International full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Pay is decent and they give a lot of opportunities to learn many tasks and cross train to broaden skills

    Cons

Work/life balance is horrible. Scheduling is done so last minute, can't make plans in advance unless you request it. Would like some consistency

    Advice to Management

Have at least one manager scheduled every day, there are times when no manager is available during the day so when a guest or employee needs them they won't be able to assist in person. Very impersonal if guests speak to manager via email, phone or have to wait a whole day to hear back. By then sometimes the guests is gone and leaves a bad review on hotel
