I have been working at Marriott International full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

International opportunities & nice room discount

    Cons

dealing with "office politics"- years with the company means more than work ethic & ability to perform ones job. The front desk basically consists of being paid to get yelled at by guests with a side of maintaining guest security & processing payments.

    Advice to Management

Focus on employee performance more than in-office "politics"
