    Pros

    Good schedule options and fun environment. Good hotel discount for employees. Flexible and understanding supervisors. Descent base hourly pay with a small raise annually.

    Cons

    Not enough calls to make good money anymore. Outbound has garbage leads. Too many employees in inbound to make good money anymore.
