This company is great when it comes to taking care of their associates. And the benefits are great!
Cons
Management is always improving for the better but as far as I’ve worked here there really hasn’t been any issues.

The benefits are good with great 401K match. Decent pay.

Swing shift. Management is overworked.

Pros
Management really encouraged you to take time to talk to anybody in the company you wanted. Managers didn't have private offices. I never felt weird talking someone with a title. They also paid really well and had great benefits. The free chocolate was nice too.
Cons
The structure of the company was really complicated and ever changing. Some of the offices and plants are in really out of the way locations.

Flat organization with little to no room of promotions All operations are relocating to Egypt, so slim chance of moving No processes whatsoever, you create your own role.

Great benefits with 6% 401k match and pension
Cons
The culture needs improvement. They are very supporting of their long term employees but new associates are not set up to succeed. The management wants to take no accountable to help teach and coach new hires to be successful.
