Pros
Gym and showers inside building, with access to a personal training session each week. Potential opportunities for international (ex-pat) assignments.
Cons
Long hours expected to compensate for understaffed Corporate function (company culture of minimizing the appearance of a large Corporate). Open office environment (no privacy) in cramped space. Entire Corporate office desk/pod arrangement is squeezed into a single floor. Pay is great for senior executives, but is under market for mid-level managers and below.
