I have been working at Marsh & Clark Design full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Marsh & Clark has been a great place to learn, grow & hone my skills. I started out as an intern who had studied product design with minimal interior design knowledge and am now a senior designer with project management under my belt. Cons

Communication could be somewhat of a challenge, but that worked itself out after a few months on the job; it was my first Junior Designer role which I did have to grow into. Organization was an issue, being a small but long-standing firm. Hours can be long, though normal for this line of work.
