    Benefits including training, licensing, 401k, parental leave, stock options, and direct deposit. The pay is comparable to other insurance companies in the Des Moines metro area.

    Cons

    Consistent mandatory overtime, under staffed, and poor leadership expectations. In some departments the hiring process seems to be more of a hire quantity vs quality.

    - A lot of opportunity provided by the company for Learning and Development
    - Although it is an international organization they do a good job of being flexible and innovative, something other international organizations I've worked for struggled with.
    - I've had 3 managers who have all been supportive of my growth and helped me get to the next step in my career
    - The company makes it easy to transfer in between operating companies, allowing for a wide range of career paths under one organization
    -Comparable compensation and benefits, good 401k match and automatic contribution

    - The flexibility and innovation is generally a positive, but it can be an environment of frequent change
