    Amazing resources. Talented colleagues. Tremendous amount of responsibility. Aggressive Growth Strategy

    Cons

    Long working hours are expected. Benefits are average. Compensation increases are minimal.

    Advice to Management

    Adjust compensation level with younger employees in order to retain them.

    I have been working at Marsh & McLennan Companies (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good benefits and fair market value pay, global company (lots of locations), great coworkers, can work remotely if needed and management will try to make as many accommodations as possible to keep you happy and employed there if you work hard.

    Cons

    As stated in the title, be prepared to work excessive hours because they are a global company. 10 hour work days is not uncommon.

    Great opportunity to learn technology. Amazing overtime. Great people to work with. Amazing co workers. We are a unit who work amazingly well together to getting a task done

    Cons

    Long hours and very high demand and expectations. No allowance to make mistakes without consequences. Very little staff. Management is not up to par. Very little balance for leisure
