    Pros

The location is right on the cusp of Midtown East and has easy access to everything. There are a lot of good people at MMC who make it worth the while to work there.

    Cons

The benefits are not competitive with the market and salaries fall in that same category.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

There are no pros at this time

    Cons

Never receive training for job hired for in Jan 2017. Made formal complaints and finally received 2 days after.15 months of employment.

You are not valued as an employee and never trained and are expected to teach yourself new processes.

Zero engagement from leaders. All leaders in my department are armchair leaders and vever interact with direct reports. Never positive feedback. Only meetings with leadership are to tell you how terrible you are at your job.

If you want a job where you are not trained, you want to feel unappreciated, never receive development or positive feedback then this would be the place for you.

HR is not an advocate for employees here. They are coaches for management when complaints are made against them.

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees and find out and pay attention to what really is happening behind the scenes in your locations. Maybe you can find out some good advice as to why people are leaving and departments are short handed.
