    I worked at Martin-Logan full-time

    Pros

Amazing product Team is full of industry experience and knowledge

    Cons

Ages old processes and internal technology. Spreadsheets galore. It operates as a very old school company in these respects. Don't expect things to turn on a dime. Many inefficient processes. Product's competitors, especially in MAV's, hold lion's share of the marketplace. It can feel like an uphill battle at times.

    Advice to Management

Not a lot. The leaders are very supportive and open. My guess is coming from another company you likely hadn't had quite the support of the leadership team at ML.

      I worked at Martin-Logan

      Pros

They were a good company with great history, pride of brand, knowledgeable staff that puts clients first. Job security, always changing and never boring.

      Cons

The company has weak data management, minimal structure with accountability. Weak team bond with internal turmoil tendencies. Head office tends to be low tone.

      Doesn't Recommend
      Neutral Outlook
      No opinion of CEO

I worked at Martin-Logan full-time for more than 3 years

      Pros

      Great Product and engineering group.

      Cons

PE company owned and strapped with a finically inefficient and dirty Canadian factory that should not be producing Electrostatic speakers.

      Advice to Management

Spin off ML and sell it independently of the other audio properties. Rebuild US manufacturing capability and rebuild executive management team.
