    Big Company. job security as there is no firing policy

    Have to be hard skinned and need to learn to take harsh comments from superiors and not get mentally tortured.

    Please be nice to subordinates. They are humans

    No overtime, good test instruments, lot to learn.

    It gets repetitive after a point of time. Don't invest in R&D and new technologies.

    Start more innovative projects. Make development and research team separate.

    Pros

    The open office culture was the best part, no red tape. Everyone was result oriented in meeting the production goals

    Cons

    Too much focus on standardization of assembly processes, zero focus on creativity and innovation, lack of transparency in HR policies
