    No overtime, good test instruments, lot to learn.

    It gets repetitive after a point of time. Don't invest in R&D and new technologies.

    The open office culture was the best part, no red tape. Everyone was result oriented in meeting the production goals

    Cons

    Too much focus on standardization of assembly processes, zero focus on creativity and innovation, lack of transparency in HR policies
