    Pros

Very sucessful, well recognized and respedted company in the semiconductor industry, hence the experience is valued outside.

    Cons

The environment is rather chaotic and the organization is difficult to navigate through.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

    My paycheck was about it.

    Cons

Marvell needs a new CEO - he AIN'T no Steve Jobs - his so-called technical "genius" has NOT deliver product wins beyond storage. The atmosphere is hostile in almost all functional areas within the company - too much politics, no work life balance, hasty, bad decisions from upper management, no respect for individual employees, no career development or growth prospect, and random firing of employees with bad or no package. It's a MEAN company!! I'd not recommend joining unless you want to ruin your reputation or don't want job security over the long term.

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of the CEO
