No empowerment of middle management. Founders syndrome where all decisions are pushed down from the top. Very powerful internal rumor mill.
Advice to Management
Lack of scale of product lines and businesses due to limited ability of upper management to micromanage all programs. Need to focus more on running divisions as separate business units.
